Concept and the direction of Lieutenant General RMD Ratnayake WWV RWP RSP USP ndu psc, the Commander of the Army and under the supervision and guidance of Major General SAAL Perera RWP RSP USP ndu IG Commander Security Force (East), the Army Mini Tattoo in the Eastern Theater was organized by the GOC 22 Division at the National Play ground polonnaruwa on 04 & 05 December respectivitvely.

The Commander of the Army Lieutenant General RMD Ratnayake WWV RWP RSP USP ndu psc visited The HQSF (E) to deliver his year ending address to SFHQ (EAST) troops and to offer Alms for Maha Sanga in the area which was organized by the Commander SF HQ (E) Major General SAAL Perera RWP RSP USP ndu IG.

The ‘Sammabimani’ Religious programme, of Ven Uduwe Dhammaloka Thero organized by the Directorate of Psychological Operations in order to promote moral development of the general public, was held at Prathiba Hall, Manampitiya in Polonnaruwa on 09th December 2014 with the direction of Maj Gen SAAL Perera RWP RSP USP ndu IG, Comd SF East. Brig DDUK Hettiarachchi RSP USP psc, General Officer Commanding, 23 Division attended the occasion together with Senior officers, officers and troops Around 1000 devotees participated for the religious programme.
