233 Brigade of 23 Division in the AOR of Security Force (East) Distributed 1000 Cashew Nut Plants Sponsored by the Dilmah (Pvt) Limited, among the people in Vakarai area on 13th Dec 2014. Officials of Divisional Secretariat Koralepaththu (North), Staff Officers of 23 Div, CO 9 GW and CO 3 SLNG were participated for the occasion. (Troops participated 10 x 25)

22nd Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment located at Serunuwara under the 222 Brigade of 22 Division in the AOR of Security Force (East) distributed school amenities for 500 x student, dry ration packs for 100 x pregnant mothers, wheel chairs for 02 x disabled Civilians and dairy cattles for 10 x families in Trincomalee area on 14thDec 2014. The Said event was sponsored by the Galigamuwe Chanadepa Throes. (Troops participated 06 x 50)

8th Sri Lanka National Guard located under the 232 Brigade in 23 Division AOR of Security Force (East) has Provided assistance to Successfully Conducting the holly mass at Roman catholic church in Koralepaththu on 15th December 2014.(Troops Participated: 01 x 07 )

12th Bn the Gajaba Regiment Located at Batticaloa under 231 Brigade of 23 Division AOR of security force (East) organized a Christmas concert with a view to build up the relationship between Burger community and Army personnel in Manmunei area The concert was held at the Prednal Hall-Manmunei North on 15 December 2014 with the participation of Burger school children. After the concert school amenities were donated to the children by 12th Bn The Gajaba Regiment. Several Army Officers and ORs of 12 GR also participated for the occasion. 6th Bn Sri Lanka Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment located at Thiriyaya under the 221 Brigade of 22 Division in the AOR of Security Force (East), organized a "Shramadana Campaign" to clean the Nilaweli beach in Nilaweli on 19th Dec 2014. (Troops participated 00 x 06)

27th Sri Lanka National Guard located at Echchalanpattu under the 222 Brigade of 22 Division in the AOR of Security Forces (East), Conducted a Dengue Prevention Campaign in Echchalanpatthu on 17th Dec 2014. (Troops participated 00 x 02)

241 Brigade of 24 Division in the AOR of Security Force (East), organized a kovil Pooja at Pulleyar kovil in Akkarapaththu to celebrate the Deepawali festival on 22nd Oct 2014. (Troops participated 01 x 10)

6th Regiment, Sri Lanka Armoured Corps located at Gomarankadawala under 221 Brigade of 22 Division in the AOR of Security Force (East), organized a "Shramadhana Campaign" to mend the fence of Mahadiwulwewa School in Morawewa on 22nd Oct 2014. (Troops participated 01 x 10)

6th Vijayabahu Regiment located at Thiriyaya under the 221 Brigade of 22 Division in the AOR of Security Force (East), organized a "Shramadhana Campaign" to renovate the floor area of kitchen under construction at Vivekananda school in Kuchchiweli on 23rd October 2014 (Troops participated 00 x 06)

3 rd Sri Lanka National Guard placed under the 233 Brigade of 23 Division in the AOR of Security Force (East) distributed (1464 bottles x 5 ltr) drinking Water bottles to the 366 x Families who were affected from the prevailing drought at Pudur DS Area in Koraleipaththu North on 25th Oct 2014.
