8th Sri Lanka National Guard under 232 Brigade of 23 Division located in Periyawadduwan under Security Forces (East). Organized a Shramadana Campaign to reconstruct the road from Pulipanchikal to Thihilawedi in Sandiweli area on 31 January 2015 .

A programme for providing of prosthetic and orthopaedic services was held for retired and medically board out Army personnel who are using artificial limbs on 29th and 30thJanuary 2015 at 7 SLA Minneriya. This was organized by the FMA (East) under the direction of SFHQ (East). Participants were given an opportunity to rectify the defects of their artificial limbs during a two day technical support programme.

22nd Battalion of Sri Lanka Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment located under the 222 Brigade of 22 Division in the AOR of Security Force (East), organized a \"shramadana\" campaign to clean the premises of Serunuwara Hospital on 04th February 2014. (Troops participated 00 x 12)

233 Brigade of 23 Division in the AOR of Security Force (East), organized a distribution of dry ration packets for 70 x families in Kadiraweli ,Tikkana area and a Bodipooja Programme at 233 Bde celebrating the 67th Independence Day on 04th February 2014. (Troops participated 06x60)

233 Brigade of 23 Division in the AOR of Security Force (East), organized a \"Shramadana\" Campaign to clean the premises of Vakarai School on 06th February 2015. 50 x School children were participated for the this event. (Troops participated 02 x 25)

232 Brigade of 23 Division in Security Forces (East), Organized a Distribution of 30 X Bicycles among 30 X school children of KiranVidyalaya, Pondukalchena Vidyalaya, Eralakkulam Vidyalaya, Wadumune GTM Vidyalaya and Pulipanchikal GTM Vidyalaya with the sponsorship of CHILD FUND Organization on 11 February 2015.This event was held at Divisional Secretariat Office Koralepaththu South. Several Military and Civil Dignitaries participated for the said event.(Troops participated 03 x 05)
