Under the guidance of the Commander, Security Forces (East), Major General P. R. Pathiravithana, USAWC psc, and following special instructions from the Ministry of Defence, troops of the 2 (V) Signal Corps distributed dry ration packs to 90 low-income families in the Walikanda and Sewanapitiya areas, and provided essential items to 10 temples. The event took place at the Wela Addara Hotel, Sewanapitiya, on 26th May 2025.
