  • MENTAL WELLNESS AND MOTIVATIONAL PROGRAM FOR WOMEN SOLDIERS

    On 14th February 2025, a motivational program was conducted under the initiative of Major General ULJS Perera RSP USP npc psc, the Colonel Commandant of the Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police, and Mrs. Iresha Perera, the President of the Seva Vanitha Branch. Held in conjunction with the monthly meeting, the event aimed to enhance the mental wellness and motivation of the female officers and soldiers serving within the regiment.

  • ARMY SEVA VANITHA DONATES NEBULIZER TO DAUGHTER OF MILITARY POLICE SOLDIER

    In a heartfelt gesture of support, Mrs. Swendrini Rodrigo, President of the Army Seva Vanitha Unit, donated a nebulizer machine to S/678853 Sgt Abeysinghe HMIL, a serving member of the 3rd Regiment of the Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police. The donation was made in response to his request for assistance for his daughter, who was born with a disability.

    The Seva Vanitha Branch of the Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police, in collaboration with the 7th Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police distributed dry relief packs to resident War Heroes at the Abimansala III Pangolla Wellness Centre on 23rd January 2025. The event, held at the Wellness Centre, aimed to alleviate the economic burden faced by the families of War Heroes.

  • Humanitarian Efforts by the Seva Vanitha Branch and 5th Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police

    In conjunction with the monthly activities, a donation program was organized by the 5th Corps of Military Police, in collaboration with the Seva Vanitha Branch of the Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police, on 04 January 2025, at Apeksha Hospital, Maharagama.

    The newly appointed President of the Seva Vanitha Branch - Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police (SVB- SLCMP), Mrs Iresha Perera assumed duties on 16 January 2025 at the Regimental Headquarters, Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police.

  • JOURNEY THROUGH THE WONDERS OF DEHIWALA ZOOLOGICAL GARDENS TO ENHANCE THE EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCES OF THE CHILDREN

    Under the auspices of the Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police (SLCMP) and guided by the inspiring vision of the e President of the Seva Vanitha Branch of the SLCMP, Mrs. Manisha Kothalawala, an educational excursion was thoughtfully organized on 23rd November 2024, to the Dehiwala Zoological Gardens. This initiative was designed to provide a valuable opportunity to enhance the educational experiences of the children of Other Rankers serving within the regiment. The goal was to foster academic growth and a sense of community, allowing these young minds to engage with the wonders of wildlife and nature, while strengthening their ties to the military family.

  • THE SEVA VANITHA BRANCH OF SRI LANKA CORPS OF MILITARY POLICE VISITED RANAVIRU SEVANA - RAGAMA AND CONDUCTED A DONATION PROGRAMME

    With the objective of raising mental stability and the wellness of permanently injured war heroes undergoing recovery and rehabilitation, the Seva Vanitha Branch of Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police (SVB SLCMP) together with 1st Regiment Sri Lanaka Corps of Military Police (1 SLCMP) organized the donation programme at Ranaviru Sevana Ragama on 16 July 2024 under the supervision of the President of SVB SLCMP, Mrs. Manisha Kothalawala.

    MONTHLY MEETING AND GUEST LECTURE BY SLCMP SEVA VANITHA BRANCH

    In a commendable initiative to support and empower the backbone of the military community, the Seva Vanitha Branch of the Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police recently organized a monthly meeting featuring a guest lecture on the crucial and often overlooked "Role of Army Wives". This masterpiece was initiated with the idea of the Provost Marshal of the Sri Lanka Army and the Colonel Commandant of Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police, Major General A C A De Zoysa USP Hdmc Lsc. The lecture was conducted aiming to shed light on the multifaceted responsibilities, challenges, and contributions of military wife by Lieutenant Colonel Sujith Edirisinghe from Directorate of Psychological Operation.
