552 Infantry Brigade troops of 55 Infantry Division of the Security Forces Headquarters Jaffna coordinated and organized the distribution total Rs 604,665.00 worth school accessories, dry ration packs and 150 coconut saplings to 115 school children and 50 needy families in Vembodukerny Grama Niladari Division at Vembodukerny CCTM School premises on 08 April 2022.

As a gesture of goodwill, on the instructions of the Commander Security Forces Jaffna, Major General Sujeewa Senarath Yapa RWP RSP ndu, General Officer Commanding 52 Infantry Division and the staff of 52 Division offered a special lunch for fifty persons who are living in the Deaf and Blind Elders Home Kaithady on 17 March 2022.

Chess Workshop had been initiated among school children under the guidance of the Commander Security Forces (Jaffna) Major General Sujeewa Senarath Yapa in collaboration with Sri Lanka Army Chess Committee with the assistance of Major General Swarna Bothota, Chairman, Army Chess Committee. The Workshop was conducted under the close supervision of General Officer Commanding 51 Infantry Division, Major General Chandana Wickramasinghe at CIMIC Park - 51 Infantry Division, Kopay on 12 & 13 March 2022.

The 513 Infantry Brigade initiated another humanitarian intervention by donating 10 bicycles among needy school children from economically deprived families in Siththankeny area on 12 March 2022 in supported by a donor as per the CIMIC plan of 51 Infantry Division. The event was organized with the blessing of General Officer Commanding 51 Infantry Division Major General Chandana Wickramasinghe.

The 51 Infantry Division initiated another humanitarian intervention by giving 250 pairs of shoes to needy school children in Jaffna, Kopay, Thelippalai, Nallur, Chankani, Sanndilipai and Kaytsareas. This was in supported by Ansell Lanka (Pvt) Ltd. The event was organized by the General Officer Commanding 51 Infantry Division Major General Chandana Wickramasinghe in line with the vision of the Chief of Defence Staff and Commander of the Army with the blessing of Commander Security Force - Jaffna, Major General Sujeewa Senarath Yapa. Commander 512 Infantry Brigade, Colonel Thanuja Godewatte and Commander 513 Infantry Brigade, Colonel Rizvi Razick also participated.
