As a goodwill gesture and also to maintain strong bond with the community in Kilinochchi District, 55 Infantry Division conducted a cultural event and donation programme (school items) for 103 students on 04 February 2024 at "Nelum Piyasa" theater, Iranamaduin line with the 76th National Independence Day celebrations. The event was executed under the guidance of the Commander Security Forces -Jaffna, Major General Chandana Wickramasinghe RWP RSP ndu psc and supervised by the General Officer Commanding, 55 Infantry Division Major General RKNC Jayawardene RSP ndc.
