Under the guidance and instructions of the Senior Officer Maj Gen HDLS Perera RWP RSP ndcthe Commanding Officer of the 22 Infantry Division, we proceeded to inspect the MavilAru dam. For this, a group of 04 soldiers from the 9th Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment and 4 irrigation officers participated at around 0945 hours. The inspection was carried out using Army boats.
