Brigadier ALPS Tillekerathne RWP RSP USP psc, the Commander Armoured Brigade made a visit to 8 SLAC on 15 January 2018. He was welcomed by Lt Col WMIUB Wijesekara psc Commanding Officer 8 SLAC with a guard turnout.
During his visit, Commander Armoured Brigade discussed matters pertaining to training, operations and administration aspects with the Commanding Officer 8 SLAC. He also addressed the troops highlighting the need of self discipline and motivation being member of prestigious cavalry family.
