The 14th Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment held a donation program on December 27, 2023, benefiting 850 patients of Maharagama Cancer Hospital. The event aimed to honor and express gratitude to the fallen war heroes who sacrificed their lives for the motherland during the war. The Commanding Officer, Officers and Other Ranks participated in this commemorative event.

The troops of 143 Infantry Brigade with the approval and guidance of the Commander Security Forces Headquarter (West) and the General Officer Commanding of the 14 Infantry Division under the close supervision of the Commander 143 Infantry Brigade with the contribution of all ranks in the 143 Infantry Brigade has contributed for the Katina Cheevara Pinkama of Sri Shakya Munindarama Temple of 7 Mile Post, Thabbowa, Puttalam, by carrying the Katina Cheevaraya from the Brigade temple to the Sri Shakya Munindarama Temple in a procession on 15th November 2023.
