A number of 40 students and 39 parents of J/Madihe Pannasiha Vidyalayam School in Puttur, visited the premises of Palaly Airport along with their teachers and parents to experience the scenery of aircraft.

An Army initiative, taken by the 55 Infantry Division resulted in the donation of a sewing machine to a necessitous but courageous widow, Maduran Nadiya (Age 36) resident in the general area of Kevil in Jaffna under command to 55 Infantry Division on 29th October 2022 as an effort to bring economic stability and empowering the well deserving family. Further, the troops of 55 Infantry Division extended their support to make a proper place for tailoring with the intention of laying the foundation strengthening the backbone of the family and the bedrock of a Nation.
