51 Infantry Division Donated Another Renovated House to a Needy Family

In line with the project of handing over new houses by Security Forces (Jaffna), 511 Infantry Brigade troops successfully completed another humanitarian intervention as the 766th project by extending their technical, engineering and manpower support to renovate a house with the sponsorship provided by Mr. Vish Nadarajh to a deserving family living in Keeramalai Kolankalatti Grama Niladhari Division in Jaffna district. The Commander Security Forces (Jaffna), Major General Swarna Bothota graced the simple house-warming ceremony and handed over the keys of the renovated house to family of Mr Arumugam Chandra Sekram on 07 March 2023.

This house was renovated as per the concept of Commander Security Forces (Jaffna), under the advice and the supervision of General Officer Commanding 51 Infantry Division, Major General Vajira Welagedra and Commander 511 Infantry Brigade, Brigadier Jude Fernando. 9th Volunteer Battalion, Sri Lanka Light Infantry under the supervision of overlooking Commanding Officer, Major Gayan Galawella provided the assistance to the project.
