Major General Lanka Amarapala RWP RSP ndc psc, Commander of Security Forces (West) and Colonel Commandant of the Corps of Sri Lanka Engineers pinned the new ranks on newly promoted senior officers of the Corps of Sri Lanka Engineers on November 26 at the Regimental Centre, SLE.
