SLE SEVA VANITHA BRANCH HANDED OVER THE KEY OF RENOVATED HOUSE BELONGS TO A CIVIL SERVANT

The Seva Vanitha Branch took the initiative for renovation of a house belongs to civil servant Mr. Sunil Gunarathne as an appreciation for his long-term service to the Corps of Sri Lanka Engineers.

Under the guidance of Mrs. Shammi Jayawardena, the President of the SLE Seva Vanitha Branch, a monetary donation was granted to complete the renovation of house with technical assistance and manpower of the troops of 1 Field Engineer Regiment.

During a brief ceremony, the house key was symbolically handed over to the beneficiary by the President of the SLE Seva Vanitha Branch on 13 May 2024.

The Commandant Sri Lanka Army Voluteer Force and the Colonel Commandant of the Corps of Sri Lanka Engineers, Major General M K Jayawardena RSP VSV USP ndu, Centre Commandant, Colonel F Joseph USP, Senior Officers, Officers and members of SLE Seva Vanitha Branch took part the event.
