Procure shock wave by young bloods of Corps of Engineer regiment for the Inter Regiment ‘A’ division Cricket Tournament held on 08 April 2021. The SLE Cricket Team emerged as champions by pushing SLSR Cricket team to the first runner-up in the tournament.
The awarding ceremony had held at Sri Lanka Ordnance Corps International Cricket Stadium, Dombagoda concurrently to the Finals of ACL (Army Commanders' League) on 06 August 2021.
During the ceremony Captain of the Corps of Engineers Cricket team, Maj HMRP Herath SLE received the Champions Trophy from General Shavendra Silva, Head, National Operation Centre for Prevention of COVID-19 Outbreak (NOCPCO), Chief of Defence Staff and Commander of the Army.
