COLONEL COMMANDANT ADDRESSED THE TROOPS AT ENGINEER BRIGADE – VAVUNIYA.
Major General HCP Goonetilleke RSP VSV USP ndc psc Colonel Commandant of the Corps of Sri Lanka Engineers addressed the Sapper troops at Engineer Brigade Boo oya Vavuniya on 20 August 2016.
Nineteen Officers including Engineer Brigade Commander, Commanding Officer 8 Field Engineers Regiment, Commanding Officer 9 Field Engineers Regiment, Officers of 12 Field Engineers Regiment, Staff Officers of Engineer Brigade and Three hundred Other Ranks part took for the event.
During the Colonel Commandant’s speech he particularly elaborated about Soldiers’ welfare facilities, Professional training and Discipline. The event was concluded with the tea at Brigade Headquarters.
