SAPPERS COTTAGE OF 5 FIELD ENGINEERS REGIMENT WAS DECLARED OPEN
\"SAPPERS COTTAGE OF 5 FIELD ENGINEERS REGIMENT†the Engineers cottage for Corps of Sri Lanka Engineers was declared opened by Lieutenant Colonel BAMP Balasuriya SLE Commanding Officer 5 Field Engineers Regiment on 22 July 2016 at Embilipitiya.
Lieutenant Colonel BAMP Balasuriya symbolically cut a ribbon at the entrance to the Sappers Cottage and unveiled a plaque.
Giving a historic memory to the occasion Commandant Sri Lanka School of Military Engineering and Commanding Officer 5 Field Engineers Regiment planted trees sapling at the premises. Commanding Officer 8 Field Engineers Regiment, Senior Officers and Regimental Sergeant Majors were participated for the occasion.
