The Seva Vanitha Branch of the Corps of Sri Lanka Engineers successfully organized an inspiring “Mind Relaxing Art Therapy Program” for its members on Saturday, 17th May 2025, at the SLE Regimental Centre.
This meaningful initiative was conducted under the guidance of Mrs. Surangi Amarapala, the President of the SLE Seva Vanitha Branch, who continues to promote the well-being and personal development of its members through innovative and engaging activities.
The session was conducted by Mrs. Saranga Rathnayake, a renowned Art Therapist known for her unique approach in using art as a tool for mental relaxation and emotional healing. Her expert guidance helped participants express themselves creatively, unwind, and discover the therapeutic power of art.
The program offered participants a peaceful and rejuvenating experience, fostering mental clarity, emotional balance, and a sense of inner calm. It also provided a platform for social interaction and bonding among the members in a positive and supportive environment.
