Lieutenant Colonel KAN Rasika Kumara psc SLE has been awarded the Outstanding Student during The Mine and Blasting Engineering Command Course at China in recognition of his outstanding performance. The course was conducted at Engineer Academy of People\'s Liberation Army of China from September 2015 to July 2016.
Lieutenant Colonel KAN Rasika Kumara also won the best lecture award of the 2016 \"Pioneer Cup\" Sino Foreign Military Academic Forum and First Prize of the 2016 Country Presentation Contest.
