ENGINEER SEVA VANITHA BRANCH VISITED ABIMANSALA, KAMBURUPITIYA
Corps of Engineers Seva Vanitha Branch President Mrs Lushani Goonetilleke and other members made the annual visit on 04th March to share the happyness with differently able soldiers at Abimansala Suwasahana Centre - Wilpitawatta, Kamburupitiya. They spared the time and The new wellness resort will be ceremonially handed over for the use of war heroes on 10th November by His Excellency the President Mahinda Rajapaksa.\r\n\r\nThe state of the art \'Abimansala-2\' would provide accommodation for more than 50 dependent war heroes.\r\n\r\nMore than 100 dependent war heroes are comfortably accommodated for lifelong care and nurture these welfare facilities. All facilities are provided free of charge to ensure the well-being, rehabilitation, rest and recreation of the brave souls who had sacrificed much during the fight wipe out the scourge of terrorism from the shores of the motherland.\r\n\r\nThey had a camp visit and occasion of distribution of hat track and gift packs for differently able soldier and finally a singing and dancing session and dinner with differently able soldiers.\r\n\r\n\r\n
