CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR GET-TOGETHER OF RETIRED AND SERVING OFFICERS

Corps of Sri Lanka Engineers is highly regarded for its excellent traditions, devotion, dedication and respect for the sapper heritage throughout its glorious history over 7 decades. “Christmas and New Year Get-Together 2024” is a concept to maintain fellowship and cohesiveness of matured and young, retired and serving Sapper Officers as well as a platform for War veterans to meet sharing their thoughts in a festive mood.

All Sapper Legend Officers and presents were mustered at SALEBA – Mattegoda with the dawning of dusk to say adieu 2023 and for greet to 2024 on 23 December 2023 to fortify the cohesion and the brotherhood enhancing Espirit De Corps. The Commander Security Forces Mullaitivu and the Colonel Commandant of the Corps of Sri Lanka Engineers Major General MK Jayawardena RSP VSV USP ndu and past Commanders, Colonel Commandants, Chief Field Engineers, Engineer Brigade Commanders, Commanding Officers including serving senior officers and officers with their families graced the glamorous occasion.
