New Director of Directorate of Overseas Operations Assumes Duties

Brigadier M W S Millagala RWP RSP USP Hdmc psc assumed duties as the New Director of the Directorate of Overseas Operations on Monday (15) July 2024, at the Army Headquarters office amidst religious observances and military formalities.

The new Director during a simple ceremony left his signature for an official document and signified the acceptance of his new duties in the presence of Senior Staff Officers and Other Ranks.

Afterward, the Director of Overseas Operations addressed the Officers and Other Ranks sharing his vision and expectations for the coming years.
