SRI LANKA ARMY 8TH CONTINGENT OF SRIMED LEVEL 2 HOSPITAL COMMEMORATES WORLD CHILDREN’S DAY

In parallel to the world Children’s Day commemoration, a philanthropic programme was conducted by the Sri Lanka Army peacekeepers of 8th Contingent of SRIMED Level 2 Hospital in South Sudan on Tuesday (4) October 2022 at the IDP camp Bor, UNMISS compound.

Accordingly, a group of under privileged children in South Sudan received books and school accessories. It was carried out under the guidance of Lt Col NM Niflar USP the Commanding Officer SRIMED Level 2 Hospital in South Sudan with the assistance of CIMIC section UNMISS. It was a mesmerizing experience for the blue helmets in the Sri Lankan peacekeeping diary in South Sudan.
