OFFICIAL VISIT BY SRI LANKA ARMY DELEGATION TO THE EMBASSY OF SRI LANKA IN LEBANON

A three member delegation headed by Major General U K D D P Udugama RWP RSP USP ndc psc- the Director General General Staff along with Major General K A W N H Bandaranayake USP- Colonel of the Regiment Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment and Brigadier S A Hettige RSP psc - Director Overseas Operations of Sri Lanka Army made an official visit to the Embassy of Sri Lanka in Lebanon on 09 February 2025 in parallel to the Medal Awarding Ceremony of 15th Sri Lankan Force Protection Contingent in United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon. The delegation was warmly welcomed by His Excellency the Ambassador of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka to the Republic of Lebanon Mr. Kapila Susantha Jayaweera.
