CONTINGENT COMMANDER OF 14 SLFPC PAYS COURTESY VISIT TO MALAYSIAN BATTALION

The Contingent Commander of 14 Sri Lanka Force Protection Company (SLFPC), Colonel D.P.I.T Kaluaggala RSP USP IG together with a few Officers and Other Ranks paid a courtesy visit to the Malaysian battalion UNP 2-1 in Tyre on Monday (12) February 2024.

During the formal discussion, Colonel Buhran Bin Sagoni, the new Malaysian battalion Commander and the Contingent Commander of 14th SLFPC had a discussion about the prevailing security situation in Lebanon and exchanged their views on the duties carried out by the Malaysian troops and the Sri Lankan troops in UNIFIL.

At the end of the discussion, mementoes were exchanged as tokens of appreciation.
