15 TH SLFPU PAYS A COURTESY CALL ON HE THE AMBASSADOR OF SRI LANKA IN BEIRUT

The newly appointed Contingent Commander of 15th Sri Lanka Force Protection Company (SLFPC) in the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL), Lt Col DKD Vithanage RSP VIR along with several Officers & Other Ranks paid a courtesy call on HE Mr Kapila Susantha Jayaweera, the Ambassador of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka to Lebanon at the Sri Lankan Embassy in Beirut, Lebanon on Thursday (02) May 2024.

During the occasion, the Ambassador expressed his valued views on the diplomatic missions in Lebanon and the reputation gained by the Sri Lankan peacekeepers in UNIFIL. Towards the culmination of the meeting, the Contingent Commander of 15th SLFPC presented a memento to the HE the Ambassador of Sri Lanka to Lebanon as a token of memory of the visit.
