    As of this morning (25), a total of 2,971 more persons were confirmed positive to COVID-19 in the past 24 hours. One foreigner and 2,970 of those positive cases are locally-identified ones', including the majority of 605 from Colombo District, 472 from Kaluthara District, 395 from Gampaha District, and 1,498 from different other Districts, states the National Operation Centre for Prevention of COVID-19 Outbreak (NOCPCO).
