The Buddha Rashmi Vesak Festival – 2023 was held on May 05,06, and 07 at Gangarama Temple. The Veask Kalapaya included with various programs such as decorating the Vesak region with flags, lanterns and Illumination, conducting flower processions and displaying pandols and apaya show. The illumination of the Vesak Kalapaya was undertaken by the Armed Forces.

The annual CES Officers Get together organized in parallel to 73rd Anniversary Corps Day Celebrations was held at 'Home of Creators', Panagoda on 18 February 2023 with the participations of a large gathering of serving and retired Officers and their spouses.
