In congruence with its 34th Regimental Day Anniversary, the Regimental Centre Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police arranged an overnight Pirith Chanting Ceremony on 27 March 2024 to invoke blessings upon Provost fallen war heroes, serving Officers and Other Ranks, retired Officers and Other Ranks and civil staff of the Regiment. In a display of unmatched skill and determination, the Sri Lanka Army emerged victorious in the prestigious 84th Annual Two Mile Sea Swim Championship, held from 15th March 2024 to 16th March 2024 at Mount Lavinia Beach. Attending the event alongside the other Military Police swimmers, Major General A C A De Zoysa USP Hdmc Lsc, the Provost Marshal of the Sri Lanka Army and the Colonel Commandant of the Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police showcased the Military Police dominance in the Sri Lanka Army Aquatic Sports team.

THE INTER-REGIMENT PRACTICAL RIFLE SHOOTING COMPETITION
In a display of precision, camaraderie, and unmatched skill, all regiments of the Sri Lanka Army recently converged for the Inter-Regiment Practical Rifle Shooting Competition 2024. The competition, hosted by the Army Small Arms Association (ASAA) held at the Diyatalawa "Fox Hill Field Firing Range" from 15 February to 20 February 2024.
