The Officers and Other Ranks of the Regimental Centre Sri Lanka Army Women’s Corps, arranged a series of events to convey their heartiest gratitude for the distinguished service rendered by the 18th Outgoing Centre Commandant Maj Gen Rohan Jayakody on 12th August 2024 at the Regimental Centre, Sri Lanka Army Women’s Corps. The ceremonial formalities were commenced with a Guard Turnout, Guard of Honor, Laying of flower wreath to the SLAWC War Heroines Monument, All Ranks Tea, Troop Address. and Farewell Dinner. Colonel Commandant and all Officers of SLAWC along with Regimental Sergeant Major WO I APN Madumali presented a memento to the outgoing Centre Commandant as an appreciation of the valuable service rendered to the Sri Lanka Army Women’s Corps during the troop address.
