Military personnel are bound up with sports to improve their physical fitness as it is the keystone of combat readiness. Hence, it is of paramount importance of learning how to prevent and manage sports accidents. In view of enhancing the knowledge on the topic, on a guideline of Major General S U M N Manage WWV RWP RSP psc, the Commandant Sri Lanka Army Volunteer Force organized a lecture on ‘Prevent and Manage Sports Accidents’ on 14 June 2023 at Multifunction Hall, Headquarters, Sri Lanka Army Volunteer Force to coincide with the training day lecture.

In order to implement the spirit of meeting on fire prevention and control of security of the establishment and daily routines of the members, an awareness on fire safety and fire drills were taken place under the directions of Major General Sanjaya Wanasinghe RSP VSV USP ndu, the Commandant of the Sri Lanka Army Volunteer Force on 26 April 2023 at the Multi-Functional Hall.
