New Year Festival 2023 (Army Headquarters-Panagoda)

The New year festival (Army Headquarters-Panagoda) was held on 10 April 2023 at Regimental Headquarters-SLLI playground premises.The Commander of the Sri Lanka Army Lieutenant General HLVM Liyanage RWP RSP ndu was graced the occasion as a chief guest.

Director General Financial Management & Colonel Commandant of Sri Lanka Army Corps of Agriculture & Livestock Major General WBSM Abeysekera RSP VSV USP,The President of Seva Vanitha Branch(SLACAL) Mrs.Shanthi Abeysekera,The Director of Agriculture & Livestock Brigadier AK Rajapaksa RSP also participated for this occasion.Sri Lanka Army Corps of Agriculture & Livestock displayed "Gemi Gedara" in very traditional way & S/W 03714 Pte Radina BM from 5(V) SLACAL won the 2nd place in Costume Contest during the New Year Festival.
