Major General KPSA Fernando RWP RSP ndu assumed duties as the 2nd Colonel Commandant of SLACAL

Major General KPSA Fernando RWP RSP ndu assumed duties as the 2nd Colonel Commandant of Sri Lanka Army Corps of Agriculture & Livestock on 09 October 2023 at the Regimental Headquarters of SLACAL Karandeniya,Ambalangoda.

Major General KPSA Fernando RWP RSP ndu was welcomed with a guard turnout and ceremonial perade by the SLACAL troops.Then, he signed a formal document amidst the blessings of Maha Sangha. Subsequently, the incumbent Colonel Commandant planted a sapling to signify his inauguration of the SLACAL, followed by an All Rank Tea with Officers and Other Ranks in the SLACAL.
