INAUGURAL ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SEVA VANITHA BRANCH OF SLACAL

Inaugural meeting of Corps of Agriculture & Livestock Seva Vanitha Branch was held at RHQ SLA, Panagoda on 17th Octomber 2021.

Mrs. Shanthie Abeysekera the President of Corps of Agriculture & Livestock Seva Vanitha Branch graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and she was warmly welcomed by Mrs. Chandi Rajapaksha and other senior members of the Corps of Agriculture Seva Vanitha Branch.

The Inauguration meeting began with the singing of the Seva Vanitha song and after lighting the traditional oil lamp one minute silence was observed in memory of all fallen war heroes. Col Comdt Maj Gen WBSM Abeysekera RSP USP addressed the congregation and offered his praised and congratulate for the future works.

As the key occurrence at the commencement of the AGM, the president of Corps of Agriculture and Livestock Mrs. Shanthie elected new committee bearers for the year 2021. Finally delivering the speech by the President stressed the importance of maintaining commitments to the highest level to achieve desired results by the ladies who elected as the office bearers as well as ordinary members. New committee for the year 2021 is as follows;
