THE FIRST BASIC AGRICULTURE COURSE COMMENCE AT SRI LANKA ARMY SCHOOL OF AGRICULTURE- ARALAGANWILA.

Basic Agriculture course for Other Ranks was started toady at Agriculture Training School -Aralaganwila and 50 Other Ranks were participated for the inaugural course. Lt Col DLCN Muththanthirige Commanding Officer 3 (V) SLACAL graced the event and conducted the opening address for the course at the School of Agriculture - Aralaganwila.

Senior Instructor (SI) Maj DMSU Bandara will be overlooking the course & lecturer will be conducted by Capt EKIP Kumara, Capt SDV Dissanayake during the course. Course will conduct from 12 Oct to 12 Nov 2021(One Month) .

It has been planned to conduct Advance Agriculture course and Agriculture Specialized course in near future in order to enhance the agricultural knowledge for Officers and Other Ranks in the Corps of Agriculture.
