THE CENTRE COMMANDANT PAID HIS FIRST VISIT TO THE 4(V) BATTALION SRI LANKA ARMY CROPS OF AGRICULTURE AND LIVESTOCK

Brig TMSJ Thennakoon RSP, The Centre Commandant Sri Lanka Army Crops of Agriculture & Livestock paid his visit to the HQ 4(V) Battalion SLACAL Gajasinghepura on 05 March 2025.

The Centre Commandant was warmly welcomed by Lt Col ED Jayawarna Usp, the commanding officer of 4(V) SLACAL upon his arrival at the camp. A vibrant guard turnout preceded his entry.

After inspect the guard turnout the commanding officer of 4(V) SLACAL conducted in depth explanation about current situation and activities of under command farms.

Then the Centre Commandant addressed the troops and appeared for a group photograph to mark visit to the 4(V) SLACAL. After visit of the HQ 4(V) SLACAL, he visited following farms accordingly, AF Manikfarm, AF Adiyapuliyankulam, AF Wellankulam, AF Pudukudirippu, AF Iranamadu & AF Kurumbhasetti.
