BASIC AGRICULTURE COURSE CERTIFICATE AWARDING CEREMONY AT SCHOOL OF AGRICULTURE -KILINOCHCHI

The Basic Agriculture course No 6 conducted by School of Agriculture and Livestock in Kilinochchi was completed on 05 December 2022 and course duration was one month. The Commanding Officer of 6 SLACAL Lt Col ASB Hapuwinna USP psc SLAC graced the occasion as the chief guest. A batch of 60 recruits who were newly paasedout successfully completed the course and received their certificates.Commanding Officer highlighted the importancy of following this courses and this a benchmark for achieving the highest goals in Agriculture & Livestocks during his speech.

At the sametime Commanding Officer 6 SLACAL handed over new regimental badges to the recruits who completed the basic agriculture course successfully.Commandant School of Agriculture and Livestock Lt Col DLCN Muththanthirige -SLACAL and all the officers were participated for this event.

The course curriculum included with Organic farming, crops cultivation, Food preservation, Machinery, Animal husbandry and value added animal feed products.
