Agrarian Farm Shop opened at Army Headquarter Premises

Considering the current economic hardships,to All Ranks the Commander of the Army, Lieutenant General Vikum Liyanage, launched mobile agri shop in the Army HQ premises and presently it has been developed in to a semi permanent building as Agrarian Farm Shop which was opened on 01 Dec 2022 at Army Headquarters Car park.

Soft Opening of the Agrarian Farm Shop done by Director General Financial Management (DGFM) of the Army and Colonel Commandant of Sri Lanka Army Corps of Agriculture & Livestock Major General WBSM Abeysekera RSP USP

and President SVB SLACAL Mrs. Shanthi Abeysekera also the presence of QMG Major General GRR Jayawardena RWP RSP ndu and Director General Infantry Major General AC Lamahewa WWV RWP RSP, Director General Electrical and Mechanical Engineers Major General JARSK Jayasekara USP psc ,Director Agriculture Brigadier Arosha Rajapaksha RSP ,Centre Commandant SLACAL Brigadier Bandula Bandara RSP and other Senior Officers were graced this soft opening.

This shop aims to provides all ranks organic Agri products on a very conssesionable rate.Handycraft products and other products including house commodities which are made by SVB SLACAL are available at the Agrarian Farm shop to purchase.
