2(V) SLACAL Celebrates Their 3 rd Anniversary

2nd Battalion Sri Lanka Army Corps of Agriculture and Livestock celebrated its 3rd Anniversary Corps Day on January 25, 2024. In parallel with the Corps Day celebrations, a series of events have been scheduled under the supervision of the Commanding Officer, Lt Col SDD Rasika Kumara psc SLAC.

A friendly cricket tournament was conducted on January 24 morning, according to military traditions and customs on January 26 Commanding Officer Lt Col SDD Rasika Kumara psc SLAC review the guard turnout at the main entrance. Finally, the commanding officer gave his well wishes for everyone to touch the zenith of success with their consistency and dexterity and the same day evening, ”Bodhipuja Pinkama” was conducted at the camp premises with the participation of all ranks to invoke the blessings from Triple Gem. On Corps Day.

As the Corps Day final event, the Officers' Get-together was conducted at the Officers' Mess on 28 January 2024.
