Under the leadership and guidance of the General Officer Commanding 54 Infantry Division Major General A M C P Wijayaratne RWP RSP nps psc, a traditional New Year Festival titled “Bakmaha Ulela 2025” was successfully held on 09 April 2024 at the Thalladi Camp premises. The event brought together hundreds of serving all ranks from the Division Headquarters as well as under-command Brigades and Battalions. Government officials and villagers of Mannar area also participated for the event.
