The President and repetitive senior member group of Sri Lanka Army Engineers Association called on Director General Financial Management and the Colonel Commandant of the Corps of Sri Lanka Engineers Major General Lanka Amarapala RWP RSP ndc psc on Tuesday, 23rd July 2024 at the Regimental Centre, Corps of Sri Lanka Engineers.
Major General D D U K Hettiarachchi (Retired) RSP VSV USP ndu psc, Major General K A A Udaya Kumara (Retired) RSP VSV USP USAWC psc, Brigadier S J M A R Senavirathne (Retired) RWP RSP psc and Brigadier D M G B Elikewela (Retired) discussed objectives of the association which lead to the best interest of the Sapper Veterans, during the meeting.
While extending best wishes to the growth of the Association, Colonel Commandant assured them of the best cooperation to enhance its effort in welfare missions.
Before the culminating of the meeting, Colonel Commandant handed over a cash donation worth of Rs. One Million towards the welfare projects to be executed by the Association.
