Under the guidance of Major General Lanka Amarapala RWP RSP ndc psc, Director General Financial Management and the Colonel Commandant of Corps of Sri Lanka Engineers and the direction of Major General TC Peiris RSP USP, General Officer Commanding Engineer Division, a lecture titled “Guidance to the Life” was organized by Sri Lanka Army Engineer Division on 17 July 2024 at the Mattegoda Camp Premises.
Professor Sarath Wijesooriya BA (Hons) Colombo, MPhil (Colombo), conducted the session, imparting valuable guidance and philosophical wisdom to navigate both military and personal life effectively.
Moreover, he emphasized the importance of understanding the necessity of each other, being flexible on decision making, handling of situations in positive manner, personal economical management and maintaining healthy family life and mindfulness.
25 Officers and 160 Other Ranks serving under Engineer Division participated in session and simultaneously shared among 52 Officers and 540 Other Ranks of Engineer Brigades and Units through the virtual platform.
