Colonel F Joseph USP officially assumed duties as the 17th Centre Commandant of the Corps of Sri Lanka Engineers, amidst military formalities at the Regimental Centre on 03 May 2024.
Upon his arrival at the camp premises, Colonel F Joseph USP was warmly welcomed by the Deputy Centre Commandant, Colonel R M Subasinghe RSP and accorded with a Ceremonial Guard Turnout.
Afterwards, the newly appointed Centre Commandant symbolically placed his signature on an official document to mark the assuming of duties at his office followed by addressing to the troops of Regimental Centre at the Auditorium.
The event was culminated with the Staff Officers’ briefing to the newly appointed Centre Commandant at the Conference Hall.
