Major General Shewanth Kulathunga Felicitated after Promotion

The Corps of Sri Lanka Engineers (SLE) Regimental Headquarters at Panagoda extended its customary felicitation ceremony to newly-promoted one of the Senior Officers, Major General Shewanth Kulathunga when he arrived at the SLE Regimental Headquarters in Panagoda on Wednesday (7).

The day’s event began with a Guard Turnout salute at the entrance to the camp premises to the newly-promoted Senior Officer. Afterwards, he attended the commemoration of fallen War Heroes, held at the monument.

Subsequently, he received the Guard of Honour salute of the Sri Lanka Engineers troops.

Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks participated in the event.
