SNCO LEADERSHIP WORKSHOP CONDUCTED BY 10 FIELD ENGINEER REGIMENT

The Senior Non-Commissioned Officers’ leadership workshop was conducted by the 10 Field Engineer Regiment on 28th, 29th and 30th April 2022 with a total number of ten SNCOs from 10 SLE and three SNCOs from 9 SLE. This workshop was initiated as per the concept of Colonel Commandant of Corps of Sri Lanka Engineers. Leadership workshop was designed to develop and exhibit character with a combination of leadership traits, values and attributes that enables SNCO’s to influence others to follow in order to be competent in knowledge and skills as a leader.
