RENOVATION OF PARADE GROUND AT SRI LANKA MILITARY ACADEMY – DIYATALAWA SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED BY THE 6 FIELD ENGINEER REGIMENT

The Sri Lanka Military Academy (SLMA) – Diyatalawa is known as the premier training institute of the Sri Lanka Army which trains Officer Cadet and the Parade ground is considered as the heart of this prestigious institute. Renovation of Sri Lanka Military Academy Parade ground has not been done for last 24 years and the particular project task was assigned to the 6 Field Engineer Regiment. The project was successfully completed within 02 weeks with the commitment of troops of the 6 Field Engineer Regiment by providing Field Engineering Assistance under the guidance and supervision of Commander Plant Engineer Brigade Brig GWA Seneviratne USP psc and the Commanding Officer Lt Col BKTN Batuwanthudawa USP SLE and handed over to the authority
