ASSUMING DUTIES OF COMMANDER GENERAL ENGINEERING BRIGADE

Brig P P A Perera psc Hdmc assumed duties as the Commander General Engineering Brigade on 7 May 2021 at Headquarters, General Engineering Brigade, KACHCHIGALA, EMBILIPITIYA. Brig P P A Perera psc Hdmc was the second Brigade Commander for General Engineering Brigade after the inauguration of newly established Brigade Headquarters.

General Engineering Brigade of Engineer Division was raised and established on 28 October 2020 as per the concept of Commander of the Sri Lanka Army in assisting the Nation Development Projects of the Government.
