THE 8TH COMMANDING OFFICER OF 11 FIELD ENGINEER REGIMENT ASSUMES DUTIES

Major K K P Pussewela RSP SLE assumed the duties as the 8th Commanding Officer (Over Looking) of 11 Field Engineer Regiment on 22 November 2020. He was accorded with a guard turnout at his arrival by the troops of 11 Field Engineer Regiment. Newly appointed Commanding Officer assumed the duties amidst religious blessings. Later he planted a sapling followed by troop address.

Officers of 11 Field Engineer Regiment have organized a tea party at the Officers’ Mess and afterwards Officer Commandings briefed incoming Commanding Officer their responsibilities and duties. After assumption of duties the new Commanding Officer unveiled the photo of outgoing Commanding Officer Lieutenant Colonel J A C S Jagoda psc SLE. All ceremonial formalities arranged were held strict adherence to the Covid 19 health guidelines.
