10 FIELD ENGINEER REGIMENT IS PLAYING A VITAL ROLE TO MANAGE COVID 19 PANDAMIC

10 Field Engineer Regiment is performing a vital role to control the spreading of COVID 19 pandemic situation in the country by supporting to function 03 Quarantine Centers under SFHQ (J). These 03 Quarantine Centers were located at 12 VIR - Iyakachchi, 522 Bde - Vidaththapalai and National College of Education - Kopai. The civilians those who were identified as close contact persons of the Brandix cluster are undergoing quarantine in above Centers.

Further, in order to control of spreading pandemic in AOR, 10 Field Engineer Regiment troops commenced the disinfection and decontamination in military establishments and identified public places in Jaffna peninsula.
