One-day workshop was organized at the Corps of Sri Lanka Engineers for middle grade sapper officers to highlight the importance of Positive Attitude. The workshop was steered by the Lieutenant Colonel Wasantha Pamunuwa (Retired), Director Consultant of Segue Consultancy Services on the topic of “Positive Attitude Building” on 16 October 2019 at the Angammana Auditorium.
The guest lecturer was warmly welcomed by the Centre Commandant, Brigadier Raveendra Dias and accord with the brief introduction by the Commandant of Sri Lanka School of Military Engineering, Colonel Manoj Madurapperuma.
More than 40 middle grade officers actively partook to the workshop while some senior officers shared experiences and views with middle grade officers. The session was full of group activities, assessments and individual presentations to break the monotonous. The Colonel Commandant Major General Jagath Gunawardena also visited the auditorium and shared his views on this programmes.
